During your first visit, our staff will provide you with a brief tour of our facilities and a consultation to help determine which services are best suited for your needs. We will also ask you to fill out a brief questionnaire to help us understand any health concerns or conditions you may have.

We offer a variety of massages including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone.  We also offer customized massages based on your specific needs and preferences.

We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, which is taken at time of booking.
